hi all,

My situation is my post graduate visa valid until 2016 MAY 16. Currently I am working as Front desk agent in a hotel downtown and also work as part time front desk supervisor. I have the supervisor shifts like once a week or twice since Feb 2015. I am also seeking for other full time supervisor positions. I have a job interview for a french pastry store, the title is customer service supervisor.

my questions are:
is this customer service supervisor fall under food and beverage supervisor in NOC? and can I use it to apply for CEC after I gain enough experience?

can I apply CEC in MAY 2016? Because most likely i won't have enough experience until then. will it be too late? and can i get a bridge visa or something like that to remain working while applying?

If I do wanna apply CEC, does my part time hours count as front desk supervisor + another full time supervisor position somewhere else for like 10 month?

You need to identify the correct NOC for the position, it's probably one of the two above, but you need to work it out. Both of those NOC's are skill level B, therefore they are eligible for CEC.

30+ hours per week is regarded as full time. Part time work is 15 - 29 hours of work per week; because the hours are less, two part time weeks of part time work are regarded as the equivalent of one week of full time experience. Hopefully from that, you can assess whether your current work counts towards eligibility.

A Bridging Open Work Permit won't help as you need to have passed the first stage of Permanent Residency to qualify for one.

I can't say because you haven't indicated your NOC.

That said, I think most people would set up set up an Express Entry profile sooner, rather than later. It's good to keep track of your CRS score to know how close you are to being given an ITA.
