Will I be eligible for PGWP if my 1 year course 1st and 2nd Semesters are in Online mode and 3rd Semester being Co-Op?

This is what CIC website states:-
  • If more than 50% of the program of study’s total courses are completed by distance learning, the program may reasonably be considered a distance-learning program, and the applicant is ineligible for a post-graduation work permit.
I assume this is applicable for students not in Canada. It might be different in current times. Best is to check with CIC on what is applicable during COVID.

They are allowing online study from Canada also for PGWP

Outside Canada
Time spent studying outside of Canada in a post-graduation work permit-eligible program offered by an eligible Canadian institution until April 30, 2021, will be counted toward the overall length of the post-graduation work permit, provided the student completes at least 50%Footnote* of their program of study’s total courses in Canada (either online or in class).
