Hi,

I understand that one of the requirement for PGWP is continuous studies...

In summer 2019, I took two online courses when I was on co-op term (I had a job). And this wasn’t my last term.

My university defines a full time load is with three courses or more.

There is not very clear line about taking one or two courses while on co-op.

Would I still be eligible to apply for PGWP?

Coop term is a full time term . Taking any course during coop does not change that status .
I talked to my school consultant. From what she said, students need to be full-time at every academic term (which I did), and only on co-op term (without any additional courses) They said since I’m taking it summer, they advised to me to write a letter to explain. I don’t know if I should be worried?

If your job is a coop job and not a normal summer job you are fine. Your Registrar will give you a full time status letter for that term . You can go to your Registrars office to be doubly clear. Adding a course will not change your coop term to academic term in your transcript or in Registrars letter. You can give an explanation regarding this fact in your explanatory letter in your PGWP application . I don't think there should be a problem.
