PGWP Extension

I have read numerous post on extensions , i know its possible if yours was reduced based on passport expiry. I applied last month to extend mine till March 2016 since i was given only 2 years based on my passport.

I need to know if any one got theirs done successfully and how long it took (longer or shorter than the original). Waiting 76 days is something else (Based on the current processing time)

Finally , got a hold of CIC , i was told that a paper application has higher chances of being approved compared to online? Is this true? My representative explained the situation what are my chances?

I have a job currently i included that in the application form as my currecnt employer but didnt include the employment contract(no place to upload it)
