Pgwp extension 2023 technical issues

I opt in for 2023 pgwp extension and applied. After 2 months I got reply from ircc we found technical difficulties in your address and ask for update it which was July 17. But still no response ircc.
My question is any one faced this issue?
processing time estimate?
