PGWP expiring due to passport expiry

Hi everyone,

I just renewed my passport and want to extend my remaining PGWP.

I did 2 years course and only got 2 years of work permit. Need to extend for remaining 1 year.

Question: Should I apply online or paper based? I’m getting mixed reviews for this. Please help and thanks.
