PGWP expired - Ontario Express Entry Provincial Nominee

My PGWP has expired and I am currently within the 90 days restoration period.

Am I still eligible for this new Ontario Nominee program stream

Any help is appreciated as its a very technical situation

Anyone, shed some light on the subject?

There's a question I believe in the PNP application where it asks "If you're currently in Canada, what's your status - student, worker, visitor or other"

Maybe that's where I can explain my situation. Its extremely new you never know!

hi,

if pgwp expired please apply for visitor visa.

Also you can still apply for OOPNP for sure....

apply for visitor visa for 6 months before doing OOPNP application. and give your reason that you already applied to change condition and extend your stay as a visitor.
