PGWP expired before PR decision is made what should I do now

I need serious help. I am already in "5.Medical results have been received." under In Progress status since Feb. 2017 then no updates, I monitor it on CIC website almost everyday. I just found that my Post-Graduation Work Permit expired last week. I searched online and found some options:
1.Apply visitor record (if I stop working, will it impact the PR application?
2.Apply BOWP (but I could not get LIMA, and the PGWP expired)
3.Apply restore status with 90 days

What should I do now? I am so worried about it.

I assumed that you are Paper-based PR application, and BOWP and visitor status for sure won't be your choice because it needs a valid work permit or a valid status in Canada to do so. Only 1 left. Therefore, I would recommend you to go with option 3 because you already violated the rules when overstay in Canada.

U should apply restore status first.... u have 90 days to restore ur status.... 90 days starts from the expiry date of ur bowp... u should stop working till u get new wp.... and I think while ur restore status application is in process meanwhile u will get ppr... or they will let u know what to do... for better idea apply restore status first and call cic call centre and ask them or put case specific enquiry
