I want to change my college. Now I'm in the two-years program, and I just finished half of them, two semesters.
Without graduating the first college, if I change my school, transfer my credits from my first school to my second school, and graduate the second college after 1 year, can I get three years PGWP? (So, this means 1 year from the first school + 1 year from the second school.)
What if I couldn't transfer all my credits from my first college, can't I get three years PGWP?
I read the pgwp section in the cic. But they only mentioned about transferring credits from completed program. (For me, this looks like I need to graduate.)
