Does anyone know what date does the 90 days to apply start? My last term was Winter 2017 and My final Exam was 25th. Can anyone graduating or graduated from Carleton university enlighten me please? Im applying for the post graduate work permit.

Apply within 90 days of the written confirmation you have met the requirements to complete your course. A common rule and not uni or college specific.
