PGWP apply after expired study permit

Hello everyone,


I would like to know how to apply PGWP after expired study permit.

I searched about it on
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/after-graduation/apply.html

And it says,

If your study permit expires before you apply

If you don’t change your status to visitor and your study permit expires, you have up to 90 days after your study permit expires to apply for a PGWP and restore your status as a student.

To restore your status as a student, you must

• apply online for your PGWP and pay the correct fee ($255), and
• pay the fee to restore your status as a student ($350)
  • Due to system limitations, applicants must pay the fees to restore their status as a student online and attach a copy of the receipt to their PGWP online application. Applicants do not need to make a separate application to restore their status as a student.

I paid $350 for restore status as a student, however, there is no space to attach the copy of receipt on my document check list.
Besides, IMM5710 doesn't validate because expire date of student permit Must be greater than or equal to Today's Date. So I can not complete IMM5710.

I would like to find some solution for my situation.

I am an international student who have graduated in May 2020.
My study permit expired in July 31 2020.

Attach the documents under client information section.
You can print the form and fill in the information then scan it and upload. You could also just put in todays date and explain the situation in your explanation letter, they should understand.

Does anyone know if for a same time application (student status restoration + PGWP), in addition to the copy of the receipt ($350), do we also need to upload study permit form, proof of funds, like a regular student status restoration?
