PGWP application

Hi everyone,

I'm currently applying for a PGWP from outside Canada. In the application "IMM1295E", I was asked to select the type of work permit I'm applying for. However, I couldn't find PGWP. The options I found are:

Open Work Permit,
Labour Market Assessment Stream,
Exemption from Labour Market Impact assessment or
Other.

1)Which option should I choose of the above, noting that if I choose other, I have to fill in employer details which do not exist since I don't have a job offer.

2) I just issued a new passport with no stamps whatsoever, do I have to scan the entire passport and upload it or should I just upload the page with my photo and details in the "Passport/ID section" of the online application.

3) Do I need to upload my old passport in the "Client Information" section since it had the original stamp of the port of entry in Canada or is it unnecessary?

3. Yes, not needed but I'd say just upload it.
