PGWP and taxes

Hey guys, am an international student, should graduate next month and apply for my pgwp, I filled my taxes and car says I owe some money due to crb, about $1,200, Im just curious would this debt affect my pgwp process? because I would possible not be able to pay back until after my graduation when I can work more hours.
Would this debt affect my pgwp process?

I have heared few people got rejected due to cerb debt so just pay off first and then apply

oh really? and what reasons were given for rejection, and its almost impossible to pay back with 20hrs a week

You shouldn’t get PGWP rejection due to PGWP. The debt will start accruing penalties so you need to try and pay it off as soon as possible.
