On the IRCC website, it says that if you had funding from Global Affairs Canada, this will make you ineligible for a PGWP, the problem for me is that the wording is a little vague. Does this mean anytime in the past?
For instance, let's say I did a degree 4 years ago with funding from Global Affairs Canada, finished the degree and went back home, now I apply for a new degree but this time, I fund it myself. Would I be eligible or not for the PGWP after completing the second degree? Or does the fact that I had funding for my first degree make me ineligible?
