PGWP and LMIA help please urgent!!!

Hello, I am on PGWP and I am working as a full time in my feild in canada. I created my EE , i was qualified under CEC. I got 0 points for arrange employment! I know in order to get points in my arrange employment I will have to have LMIA even though I am working.

I need to know how to obtain those points? Also how hard it is to get lmia and I been working for a year now with the same company.
Is it possible to get LMIA while you are on PGWP?

Any advice, help, suggestion I would really appreciate that alot!

To get LMIA your employer need to send an application for approval to employe foreginer worker. He needs to proof that he is not able to find right canadian employee. It will take up to 7 months. Employer needs to put a job offer for your position for a month after that he needs to collect every resume he got and send it to government with desicion that he has chosen you for this position and asking for an approval to employe you. There are two types of LMIA one, will allow you to apply for closed work permit the other one will only support PR.
