PGWP and Arrange Employment

Hello,
I am currently on PGWP (open) which is valid till 2011. I am currently working in Toronto as a IT professional. It is Skill level A job. I am thinking of applying for PR in buffalo under FSW. I was wondering if my work permit and job is considered arranged employment.

1. You really should read the instructions at www.cic.gc.ca for FSW. All FSW applications go to Sydney.
2. No your WP is not considered arranged employment.
3. Once you have worked in Canada at skill level A,B, or O you can apply FSW2 though you still must meet the 67 points.

Yes he can apply as FSW2 if he qualifies.

in my case i am full time international student (for last 9 months) n working part time on off campus work permit .
my employer can give me an offer of full time n permanent job . can my employer apply for my AEO with that offer to HRSDC ?
(CIC still says that international students are still eligible to apply even after FSW3 is removed) if they have arranged employment .

(my degree finishes end of next year so ,thats why i am interested to apply by FSW2 right now)
