Hi guys,

My brother came in Montreal as an international student in sept 2017.
Due to some reasons, he didn't like the college schedule and program and he withdraw from that college (public funded) . No other college was available in September 2017 so he just waited for next intake.

Now he is starting new program in new college (public funded) in January 2018.

He didn't worked in between.

Will this effect his Post graduate work permit?

Thanks in advance.

It won't affect pgwp as its issued on the basis of the last program.

My guess is that he was within 90 days window for starting at new school so I believe he may not be out
of student status but best is to confirm with CIC.

All the best.
