PGWP 3 years - Is it Possible?

Hi guys,

I need some help about to understand if this planning I can reach 3 years PGWP, let's show to you:

1. Apply and study for 1 year post-graduation program at Red River College into International Business Course.

2. At the end of this course, apply for another course that gives me one certification.
PS. Have to check at Red River if they have some single courses that can add time to reach PGWP 3 years period.

Students holding a one-year graduate degree, diploma or certificate from a participating institution in Canada after having obtained, within the prior two years, a certificate, a diploma or degree from a participating institution in Canada may qualify for a three-year work permit. This exception also applies to students who have left Canada temporarily between programs of study.

How can this rule support/help me to get 3 years PGWP program?
