My grandmother received letter regarding PGP application.
My question is does anyone here submitted IMM 5546 even though you never work in a military service? As they were saying that "If exempt from compulsory
service, please provide official proof of military exemption from the relevant authority".
Also, I tried to create IRCC to link her application with the UCI number, but it doesn't work? Any reason why?
