Hi,

I have a query regarding the application for PGP for my parents. Unfortunately, I am currently ineligible to apply. I was wondering if my brother, who lives in a different house and has his own family, could potentially receive an invitation if he applied on their behalf as well.

Thank you for your assistance.

No, it cannot be transferred. Your brother would have needed to submit a profile in 2020. If you are married, you can combine incomes with your spouse.

Yes, your brother could potentially receive an invitation if he submitted an expression of interest into the pool back in 2020. If he is invited to apply, he can certainly submit the application to sponsor them for PR.

As said above, the invitation you received cannot be transferred to him. He would need to receive his own invitation.
