PGP Decision Made after 2nd MR request but before MR sent

Our 1st medical exam just expired on 2018-04-27. We just got a 2ndmedical request on 2018-05-08. The 2nd medical exam has not happened yet (scheduled for tomorrow), but eCAS already changed to Decision Made.

What does this mean? Is it a mistake? Info and dates below.
