PGDCA WES RELATED INFORMATION

Please if anybody can help me ASAP

I have done b tech (WES already done) n now I completed one year PGDCA from Khalsa College GNDU. I want to get Wes done but they have not given any diploma completion certification. I just got 2 sem marksheets and on second marksheet it is result cum marksheet but I remember for Wes we need certificate also.
Please help me what I can do in this case I need to apply for WES for my pGdca for express entry

Remember the process you had done for B.Tech that is your Uni sending certificate and transcript directly to WES follow the same procedure. The Uni needs to send them not you.
