Why is IRCC rejecting almost everyone for PG programs ? Everyday here in Nepal, we are getting refusals for PG. Personally, I have encountered 14-15 refusals including me in last one week.
My Profile :-
PV :- 4.44CR
AI :- 52L
Loan :- 45L (18L disbursed) + One day 22L
IELTS:- Overall 7(6.5)
B.E :- Electronics and Communication Engineering (2017 Passout) From India (VTU)
PG in Software Quality Assurance and Testing at Lambton College
One Year tuition fee paid
Sop was written by a professional writer reviewed by consultancy and myself a couple of times.

I got the refusal reason stating "The purpose of your stay in Canada is not consistent given the details you have provided in your application."

After an Engineering, why are you choosing PG that too in Canada?

Sop written by professional does not guarantee anything

How did you show home ties ?
What did you demonstrate as reasons to study in Canada given such high costs ?

Work on addressing all these in next application. Good Luck

My letter of explanation is beyond 10000 words so it's not accepting my reply.

I read it before you deleted it. Did you write it? So much information and doesn’t even stay why you need to come to Canada to study. Why this program is the best for your career with your education. You don’t even justify costs of study with better career. Plus you are in India now but going back to Nepal after…IRCC doesn’t believe that. Also saying your parents and brother will fund your study weakens your profile to justify costs.

The high quality of education in Canada at a reasonable cost will enable me to learn from professionals who have been working in the IT Sector and instill in me the values and qualities required to bring about a meaningful impact in the IT sector of Nepal. Moreover, the curricula of the Post Graduate in Software Quality Assurance and Testing and the last term as a Co-op at Lambton College of Canada align perfectly with my learning pursuits. Courses such as "Software Engineering," "Software Testing Tools," "Automation Testing," "Functional and Non-functional Testing", "Quality Assurance of Cloud Applications" etc., will help me develop a better understanding of the intricacies and fundamentals of software testing, quality assurance and its application in real-world enterprises. I am not sure if this course is at a reasonable cost

Also you have no IT background - So switching career paths needs more explanation in my opinion

Reapply with better grounds and consider a program in your field of study for higher chances

I read it before you deleted it. Did you write it? So much information and doesn’t even stay why you need to come to Canada to study. Why this program is the best for your career with your education. You don’t even justify costs of study with better career. Plus you are in India now but going back to Nepal after…IRCC doesn’t believe that. Also saying your parents and brother will fund your study weakens your profile to justify costs.

That was not my final draft brother and I'm not in India. I have included why Canada this course everything in my final draft. And if my family won't sponsor my study, then who will ?

How old are you?

Listing the courses of study is just copy and pasting. I don’t understand how the program aligns with your education and current career. Consider another program of study.
