Hey friends.
I have done 10th with 8.8CGPA in 2010, 12th with 76%(non medical) in 2012 and passed my graduation BBA with 82.25% in 2015. I have scored overall 7 bands in IELTS with L-8,W-6,R-8,S-6.
I have received offer letter from Sask Polytechnic in PG diploma in Business Management for September intake.
Now I want to clarify some doubts regarding as :
1.Will I have to justify a reason to Visa Officer for changing my stream from non medical to commerce aftr 12?
2.Is the course offered by Sask polytechnic relative to my previous education ?
3. After the completion of my studies when can I get the PGWP?
4.For getting PNP in Saskatchewan as six months of work experience is required, so I want to know whether the work done during the studies on campus can be included in this six months experience ?
5.What are time periods involved in getting PNP and PR in Saskatchewan ?

Please reply soon.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Not really. But if you like to mention in your SOP, that's fine.
2.Is the course offered by Sask polytechnic relative to my previous education ?
I think it is. As you did Bachelor of Business Administration, and course at sask polytechnic is related to business and management guys.
3. After the completion of my studies when can I get the PGWP?
After completion of your course, within 90 days you can apply for PGWP. for 1 year of course you will get 1 year of pgwp.
4.For getting PNP in Saskatchewan as six months of work experience is required, so I want to know whether the work done during the studies on campus can be included in this six months experience ?
Yes, on campus, off campus, co-op terms, work done on PGWP, all will be considered for PNP.
5.What are time periods involved in getting PNP and PR in Saskatchewan ?
Ideally, it takes 1.5-2 months to get PNP in Sask.

Please reply soon.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Can only assume the OP from April that permit was granted although having a BA degree and then applying for a PG in business management seems a stretch to be any value add that was not part of the BA degree.
