PG Diploma In Canada (Help its urgent)

Hello all,

I am Jigar from India.
I've completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication field on June'2013 with 6.75 CPI (and 7.02 CGPA) from Gujarat Technological University.
I am willing to have my higher studies from Canada.

I've selected PG Diploma course for me.
I've go 6.0 Band in IELTS (with no less than 5.5 band in any section).

overall I've 3 options,

1) Wireless information Networking from Fleming college (2 year course)


2) Information Security Management from Fanshawe college (1 year course)


3) Reattempt IELTS to get 6.5 Band and so I may get admission in Torronto, Ottawa...
(But the course will be of only 1 year in all colleges of these cities)

If I select 1 year course then I need to enrol for 2 consecutive courses of 1 year because after 2 years of study I'll get 3 years of work permit, and that is more preferable option. Or otherwise I'll get 1 year of work permit If I enrol for only 1 year course.

So what should I do?
I am confused because 1 year course will probably provide a little knowledge to me which may prove non profitable to me for find job afterwards, and if I select 2 year course than fleming college is the only option for me (no other college is offering 2 year PG diploma course of Electronics field!)

So my point of confusion is If I reattempt the IELTS to get 6.5 Band and suppose If I get it then also I may get admission in 1 yeaar course so is it good???

Will it be better for me afterwards, I mean to have a job??

The course that U have choosen is an outstanding course You have very good chances of getting a job after this course the thing is R u sure tht flemming clg accepts at the score of 5.5 in each module because i haerd it has to have 6.0 in each module ???

I've 6.75 CPI in my B.E.
Do you think I'll be eligible for M.Eng. course of E.C. in any of the universities.
If yes then for which univ. I can apply. and with 6.5 bands or 7 bands????

Centennial college has 2 year program in electronics engineering technology...check that as well
