Close to none. If you are in UK- you are an immigrant without any ties in your home country. If you in home country without any job and work experience WHY you need management skills if you have managed nothing and nobody yet?

Doesn't matter buddy. I did my bachelors from UK and then moved to Canada for my PG. In your case, I suggest you to not choose the exact same program you did in MSc, they might question you about that. Try a related course with some management prospects.

It's just a myth that people who already have studied in another country and now applying for Canada student visa faces rejection. There is nothing like that and be confident about it.

. It is not a myth. It is CIC logics about "ties in your home country".

The Devil is in the details. Some people may get visa in similar situation, some - cannot. Details, other details are important.
And I did not say it was impossible. It was a hint to think about the situation and what an applicant should write in his/her SOP to convince CIC.

MSc in Advance Engineering Management from uk and now i am applying for PG-Diploma
Do not you see the DIFFERENCE already?

How could you work in India and doing masters in UK at the same time?

Well, if you have working experience which could support a necessity to get PG in this particular field, then explain it to VO.

i have worked from MAY 2011 TILL FEB 2012...Then i traveled to UK for MSc from FEB 2012 TILL SEP 2013. In September 2013 i came back(india) and trying for visa.. i am showing my profile as work experience from MAY 2011 TILL DEC 2013.
As one of my friend attended university on the same time as i did and in between Easter holidays he went back and maintained his job visa of Saudi Arabia..
so even i am trying to show my profile in his way ...
is it worth to show it in that manner..
i have travelled to many Europe countries and i have clean record ....also if my experience is cross verified it will act as genuine

Yes I show it but during that time I wasnt available for work but in between my Msc holidays I went and worked to saudi arabia..

I can also show a college letter and say that my college have closed due to which I came back ...but I am not sure weather it will be cross-verfied if I even try to do so...
