PG Certificate in IT + work

Hi,

Can you tell me about colleges for Post Graduate certificates in IT at reasonable fee and will I able to do work part time?
I have done my BS in Computer Science, and looking for some low fees institute to get admit.

How much low.. The cheapest will cost around $12,200 / year. Part time work OFF CAMPUS is not allowed for first 6 months. If you are lucky, u may find it on campus.

okay,, I should expect minimum how much cost for the first 6 months including resident + food + travel and study (PG certficate) .. ?
