Hi, everyone, first of all I hope you understand my English as it's improperly grammar. I'm from CUba

I am really seeking an advice for those permanent resident applicant or for the member who have a an idea about fairness letter. I did applied a PR through Agri food pilot program last September 2021 and got my medical exam October 24th and my family back home November 6th and all our medical exam is passed. All required documents is already submitted.

But April 5 I did received a letter from ircc mentioned that my application didn't meet the eligibility requirements because I didn't meet the median wage of the province AB which is $17 during the time I'd submitted the application. And now they are concerning or want me to provide an updated job offer in the same NOC code 8611 and have a median wage of $17 per hour. Failure to submit the requested and updated job offer could lead a refusal for my application. But almost every hour for searching a job bank or in any jobsite online but I didn't found that job and also I never found in job bank for the rate $17 for the NOC 8611 In all province. For searching online to have this fairness letter is a lesser chance to approve the application especially if the requested documents didn't provide. I am really hoping your opinion/advice before leaving Canada. As I lost my job March 30th due to my work permit expired. Thank you so much

Here is the Alberta data from the province and the job bank market trend report. Probably this is the data they are basing their letter on. Since you are experienced (I assume), the province wants you to have a wage that is at least the average or even higher for the province

One of the mandatory requirements to qualify for the Agri Food Pilot Program is that your wage must meet or exceed the median wage. You can see that requirement in the link below. If your job does not meet this requirement then unfortunately you should be expecting a refusal.

Unfortunately I don't see any way around this issue. It is mandatory that your job be paid at least a median wage salary.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/agri-food-pilot/pr-eligibility.html

Job offer
You must have a genuine job offer.

The job you’re offered must meet all of the following requirements:
  • The job must be in an eligible occupation listed under 1 of the eligible industries.
  • The job must be full time.
    • This means you work at least 30 paid hours per week.
  • The job must be non-seasonal.
    • In general, this means you have consistent and regularly scheduled paid employment throughout the year.
  • Your employment is permanent.
    • This means that there is no set end date.
  • For unionized positions, the wage must be determined by the applicable collective agreement.
  • For non-unionized positions, the wage must meet or exceed the Job Bank’s prevailing (median) wage for the occupation listed on your job offer in the province of employment (or at the national level if no provincial rate is available).
  • Your job offer must be for a job in Canada outside of Quebec.
