PFL - Procedural fairness - intention to move out of Quebec

Hello everyone,

I received a PFL to show proof I am intending to move out of Quebec for my PR application within 7 days to respond.

If anyone has experience facing a similar situation and handled it, please let me know.

I have proof from my office that I can work from the Ottawa office from September - given that I get my PR. I am looking for accommodation though I haven't signed a lease.

In my PFL they specifically asked for letter from employer and a rental/lease agreement.

Does IRCC look for a long term lease or a short term would be fine?

If anyone has suggestions in this case, please let me know.

At what stage did you receive this PFL?

Based on the PFL letter, only eligibility review is pending.

As per GCMS notes received last month, R87.1 & A11.2 is required.

I suppose only eligibility is pending, I have applied for gcms notes again, should know the status soon.
