If VO has any remote idea as to what PF exactly is, then he would certainly know two things for sure. First, that it cannot be liquidated immediately. Second, that a marginal amount of loan can be drawn against it.
Hence, it is not suggested to show PF as primary source of funding. Avoid if possible. Good luck !
