Pest Control Supervisor/Horticulturist/Agriculturist

Hi,

My father migrated to Canada recently, he has worked as an agriculturist, Pest Control Superviso and horticulturist.
I am in IT, so I have contacts and know recruiters in that area or in finance/management, I have no idea where the job in my fathers area are hiding.

Can any one points to me to contacts and recruites and head hunters or any advice on this topic.
