I am a psychology graduate here in Philippines and I am planning to study in Canada. A career shift to Civil Engineering Technology. Can someone help me make a personal study plan? or atleast a template on how to make one?

There are chances of getting VISA ... But... How can you claim relevancy between these two???
You have to justify your each and every piece of paper....!
