Just received email from my Ontario based lawyer asking me to fill out this form. The letter from CIC-Manila was dated June 16, 2009 and just received it now, meaning I already lost 13 precious days and CIC is giving me 30 days to accomplish this form for them to continue processing my FSW 1 application.

If you have negative net worth and you have credit card debts here in USA, will it be a ground for them to refuse my application?

Do you need to declare credit card debts here? I dont see any section here wherei I will declared my credit card debts.

Please enlighten me on this..

You do not need to tell them anything about your credit card debts.

This topic was discuss before, Bad credit in USA. Several of members from USA did confirm that credit situation won't effect your application and CIC even don't care about what is your credit history. No one can check your credit history with social secuerity number and its your who has that number. So just follow what they need, you don't need to tell or write any thing about your credit cards or history etc. Good luck
