Personal IDs for Minors

Hello Guys,

For the Personal ID for the minor, I have PR Card and Health Card (Alberta without Photo) for my 5 year old son. Since in the document Check list it is already mentioned that we have to attach the PR Card, is that okay if I send one more copy of the PR Card and Health Card as his Personal ID?

i sent out PR card copy Passport Health Card and Birth cert with school report card so stick with same we cant give anything more

I have all of the above mentioned documents except School report card. My son is in Kindergarten so I don't think he will get a school report card. So those documents are Okay?
