Personal ID documents for Minors- Citizenship application

Hi,
Can anyone let me know what ID documents should be submitted with the citizen application for minors?

CIT003 guide requires two IDs, both should show the child's name and date of birth and one must have a photo.

The examples given are:

School record (I have children school cards with a photo on it but no date of birth)
Health insurance card (does not have a photo)

I am really confused about what ID documents to submit,

Please help!
