Hi,

I have completed my B.Tech on April 2005 and from April 2005 to June 2006 i have taken coaching for preparing for GATE Exam to get entrance for my master of Technology.

June 2001 - April 2005 -> B.Tech
April 2005 - June 2006 -> Taken coaching for GATE Exam at ACE.
June 2006 - July 2008 -> M.Tech
July 2008 - Sep 14th 2008 -> Got the Job, but waiting for the Job Offer Letter
Sep 15th 2008 onwards -> Employed

In the Personal history section can you pls help what should i fill for the duration where i have taken coaching and for the duration where i was waiting for the job offer letter. I am planning to fill as below

July 2008 - Sep 14th 2008

Please describe what this person was doing during this period : WAITING FOR THE JOB OFFER LETTER
Please provide the name of the company, employer, school, or facility as appropriate : NA

April 2005 - June 2006

Please describe what this person was doing during this period : TAKEN COACHING FOR GATE EXAM FOR ADMISSION TO M.TECH
Please provide the name of the company, employer, school, or facility as appropriate : ACE TECHNOLOGIES

Please suggest if my understanding is correct. Experts pls suggest your opinions. Will be waiting for your advise.

Sorry, One more question. should i select the Activity as "Unemployed" for the Duration Specified above?

Unemployed. It's like taking classes to give IELTS exam and saying I was studying.
