Don't think it matters. You can put in Not applicable or a little note like taking care of kid or so. I believe if you change to Unemployed it will still ask you for job title or activity.

Write Not applicable or N/A and yes, November to November

Somebody advised me to make it unemployed better than home maker as it will seem more professional, any idea which is better ? Im the main applicant

write what is true for you. It wouldn't make any difference as long as it is true.

Hello Guys

How to address small gaps in personal history. Like i traveled from aboard on 12th of June and started working at my current organization from 15th, what to do with these 2-3 days and even 10-15 days gaps between activities? The personal history only asks for months.

Thanking you

best way to not miss any gaps is to create a list of activities as per ddmmyyyy (in word or Excel) then copy the same in application as mmyyyy. If in between jobs you can write it down as unemployed.

In personal history, is there a problem if there's an overlap of dates?

For eg.

My mba was 07-2012 to 07-2014. I was campus placed and my was asked to join from 03-2014.

So March to July is an overlap. Is it an issue? Can I explain it in the LoE?
