personal history vs. travel details

hello,

i am having a bit of trouble filling the personal history and the travel details.since
i turned 18 i have been doing different things like studying, working, and interning outside my country of origin.

What is the difference between the two forms? do i need to include every summer break in which i went back home on the personal history form? in my case, can i just use the same details for both forms?

Travel should include all trips taken from your home country or from Canada to other countries in the last 10 years or since your 18th birthday(if it's been more than 10 yrs).

Personal history should include everything you've done since your 18th birthday... if you travelled during that period, include it.
