Have few doubts and need to clarify all related to Personal History:
Activity: from: To: Duration

Education 2007 2011 4 yrs
Unemployed 2011 2012 1 Yr
Employed 2012 2011 1 yr
Education 2013 2015 2 Yrs
Unemployed 2015 2016 6 Mnts
Employed 2016 Now 1+ Yr

I'm the dependent applicant, My wife is primary. If i fill like mentioned above. How does it effect to our ITA profile.

Its not about how does it affect your profile, its about truth and misrepresentation !
If everything you said above is correct, then your profile has a contribution towards PR, nothing bad or good but fulfilling CIC requirements.

Does not matter ! On top of that you are dependent so no difference at all.
