Personal History- help

Hello
I traveled to home country India for 2 weeks when i was student here in Canada. So my ques is should i include the traveled period as well in personal history section.

from to Status City Country
2010-08:2011-01 Student City Name .........
2011-01:2011-02 Traveled to India City Name .........
2011-02:2012-12 Student City Name .......

is it ok like above or i can skip these visits?

Any stamps on your passport need to be identified. Although they do not ask for all pages of the passport, its better to be honest than skip these small details.
