After our medical, we received a email requesting that we need to provide additional requirements for the PERSONAL HISTORY. On our application, we submitted personal history from 2000 til present as indicated on the application that 10 years experience. For the additional personal history, the Canadian Embassy-Philippines is asking from Date of Birth until year 2000. Indicated on the Note, "If you indicated periods of unemployment or self-employment, you must provide details of your activities during the said period and submit applicable supporting documents."
Question:
1.) Do we need to indicate the summer school vacation (Philippines - April & May)
2.) Do I need to provide a proof the period I took my review for board exam? The review school that I enrolled for the board exam is already closed and that is way back 1999 its already 14 years..
3.) After I took my board exam, I have 2 months to look for a job.. Should I indicate the 2 months that I am searching for a Job?
