Dear all, please help to fill out Person Details of Mother section in the form IMM 0008.
They are asking the family name at birth, which I know also the first name. But in India they put fathers name in the middle (in some region) so here the name of my Grandpa will appear or the name of my father (after marriage, the name of husbad appears replcing the name of father)...I know its complicated...does someone has any clue?
