Is it mandatory that I add every single job I did in the last 10 years or when I became 18 even if I am not using them for points?? I know I need to add what I was doing in personal activity without leaving gaps. Thanks for your replies

what if its overlapped? like working part time in a restaurant and studying full time. Do I still need to list it down?
