Experts. Please advice

I work for one of those IT companies who do not give an experience letter for immigration purpose. Therefore I worked with my Business Area Manager and she provided the letter in the company letter head with all facts about my day to day work which I notorized. I also got reference letters from my USA Project Exec and my cleint as additional evidences to support my employment with my company. However those reference letters do not have as much details as what my Business Area Manager provided. The contact email address and the phone numbers provided in the letter are all company owned. Now, My Business Area Manager is quitting the company to join the client organization directly and therefore will lose the company phone and her official email address. :(

I am a December 2013 applicant under CEC and have received the AOR in Feb 2014. The real question is

Would the CIC send any emails or contact her through phone ? If yes, Am I in trouble ?
Do I have to notify the CIC that my Manager has left the company and she should be contacted at a different email address in case they want to contact her ?
What other implications do I have as a result of this ?

Thank you

There's not a whole lot you can do about her leaving the job. But yes, CIC would use the contact information
provided on the reference letter to verify your employment. In theory anyone in your company, in HR, should be
able to verify that you've been working with them for the time mentioned in the letter and your duties.
You do not have to contact CIC and inform them about her leaving the company, but if you have updated contact
information ( ie. new telephone number and/or email address ), then I would email CIC and update them, so they
can get a hold of her in case they have to verify your employment.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Toby.
The issue is that I have not notified my company that I have applied for my PR. I am not very certian if the HR partner will or will not support. I dont want to be guessing and therefore want to close any gaps. I guess the best bet would be to get my manager's new email address/contact and send it to CIC. Would you recommend to send it right away or wait until CIC contact me about the experience ?
