Need assistance/advice on this.
My children permits were mailed on January 29th by IRCC, unfortunately I have not received them untill now. It appears the address I provided wasn't a mail/postal address but a Street Address. Worse enough I moved out and I now live in new address where there is Postal Address.Spoke with my landlord to see If anything was delivered to my old address when I left, but nothing todate. I have been in touch with IRCC on this matter, but their process to get me same documents seems to be complicated. I need to prove when did I move out to the new address and fill in couple of forms for verification and blah blah. Does anyone ever experienced this, if yes how did you handle it? Is there a way you track a document that was sent to the wrong address? Should I ask IRCC to send tracking number, or should I check with postal offices. Seems it was not delivered to the house but sent through mail.
