Permission Release and Consent form For Oath Ceremony

Hello everyone,

On the CIC website it says we need to sign the Permission Release and Consent form before the oath ceremony which should be attached to the invitation email but on the email there’s no Permission Release and Consent form attached. My Oath ceremony will take place on zoom. If anyone who recently took the oath or about to take the oath can give some insight about this, I’d greatly appreciate it!!

It's the last page (page 10) of the notice to appear for the ceremony. How many pages does the notice you received have ? Also, you don't sign it before the oath ceremony but right after (same day) and email it back to CIC

It’s 10 pages, thank you so much for responding. I thought the last page was the oath or affirmation of citizenship. I guess I was confused. Appreciate the response!

Yeah I understand why you're confused, the name is different. I think that was the old name of the form. On the day of the ceremony, they will confirm that page 10 is the form you need to sign and return.
