1. is it easier to get a tourist visa if you are a canadian permanent resident?

2. what documents do they need for a b1/b2 visa?

3. what questions do they ask?

4. what is the vancouver consulate like in terms of issuing tourist visas? do they normally give multiple 10-year visa?
