Hi All,

I have applied for my parents immigration to Canada. Sponsorship and permanent applications both were approved (In the online it were showing Decision Made in both application and then we called in CIC call center and they informed us that PR application has been approved). Now we are waiting to submit the passport request for stamping. At the same time my parents got PR in US also and they are living right now in US (provided USA Address). So we sent a fax and an e-mail on Feb 20, 2015 and April 13, 2015 to CIC Ottawa office for requesting whether they can stamp the VISA from US or have to go back home (Bangladesh) to submit the passport. But we have not heard anything yet.

Can anyone suggest me, is there any way to contact VISA officer or to stamp the PR Visa from USA?

Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

It's somewhat hard to follow what you are saying. Only your parents passports will be stamped, not the US visa. Your parents do not need to deliver the passports in person, but can mail them. They should have a PR card for identification while in the US.
