1.Kindly let me know if the activities I engage in (mentioned above) fall within the purview of the program ( within the NOC 5121 (business plan writing) and NOC 5241 (Presentation design)).

Clients reviews will not be enough. You need to show some contracts for the work you have done it and I think you will have to get some references from your clients that you actually done the work for them. It will be hard.

No, you won't qualify for the self employed program. You should apply under Express Entry.

To qualify under the self employment program, you need to be engaged in cultural activities. You are engaged in business activities as a writer and won't meet the requirements of the program. To qualify under this program as a writer, you would need to be an author / novelist who has written books, or a playwright who has written plays or something like that where you contribute to culture and are globally recognized for your work.

You engage in business activities as as writer and won't qualify.
