Good Day! My husband works in Alberta for 8 yrs and got our Permanent Residency in 2013. Together with our 2 daughters we all landed in Canada May 2104 and after 2 months me and my youngest daughter who is 6 yr old then went back to Philippines. Our eldest and my husband stayed in Canada. To make the story short, me and my youngest daughter wasn't able to serve the 2 years stay. We stayed more than 3 yrs outside Canada because we thought that our youngest is still too young and it will be difficult for us if we are all working and because I am the one who's looking after my father who is now 82 yrs old. May mother is in Australia before, working. . Now that my daughter is already 10 as well as my mother is with my father now, we decided to be with my husband and other daughter in Canada.
My question is, can we still be able to continue our residency there and complete the 730 days requirement and enter canada with no problems? Thank you so much
